What do people generally look up to for drinking water in Dubai? Can you drink the tap water? I have heard that the water supplied by DEWA is treated in WHO standards. But, is it still safe. Are there any possibilities for contamination? Do the apartment/villa owners clean the tanks regularly?

Hey... I lived in dubai for 2 years. It is advisable to just buy water for drinking since most of the time the tap water will be extremely hot especially during summer.

I live in Dubai and drink tap water though it is hot in summer. The apartment/villa owner clean the tanks regularly. I love Dubai.
