I just got a job in Qatar at QAR20000/month. I have a wife and four children of primary school age. Can this salary pay for accommodation, school fees for my four kids, feeding, and other sundry bills?

Hi DAVICO, your cost of living in Qatar will very much depend on where in the country you'll be based and your own particular circumstances - your two biggest expenses are likely to be your accommodation and your kids' schooling. For a general breakdown of what you can expect to pay for your basics in the country, have a look at our page on Cost of Living in Qatar. This should give you a general idea if that salary is going to be enough to sustain you and your family.
