Hi. My husband & I - no pets & no children (latter grown up!) are moving to HK early in the New Year. Husband will be away a fair amount so looking for advice on where to live & approx costs. I think we want access to good public transport & an expat community. I am trying to do some online research into areas such as Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Kennedy Town & Happy Valley. But happy to exclude some of those & add others. Any ball park figs of apartments c 1,000 sq ft? Many thanks in anticipation! Lizzy
