We are a family of three looking to move from the U.S. to Europe, but are having trouble deciding on a specific place. If it helps, here is some more information:

- We have lived in the Netherlands, so are not new to this process.
- Two out of three of us are E.U. citizens, so we will most likely be moving to an E.U. country.
- We only speak english, and are open to learning a new language, but need english to be commonly spoken
- My kid is 14, and will hopefully go to a public school
- We have a dog and will not put him through a quarantine

Please give us any suggestions or advice, thanks!

* I put the Netherlands only because a destination is required, ignore that please
