Currently living in the Netherlands, since 2014, originally from the UK. I've seen a job, in Malmo, for which I might apply. The problem or worry is my food intolerances - I am severely intolerant of whey (so no dairy), sugar (stevia etc I think is okay), corn, oats etc Gluten is absolutely fine. I avoid soy too. I use almond milk but it needs to be additive and sugar free. Plus I eat sourdough bread, avoiding yeast as much as possible. These things are not a fussy eater's choice - it's all dictated by health issues.
I am really worried that, if I moved from the Netherlands, I would find that Sweden, Malmo specifically, is not set up to cater for people like me.
Can anyone advise?

Hi S,
Boy, Swedes are known for drinking a lot of milk.
Thankfully Malmö is a cosmopolitan city with quite a sophisticated food scene, which makes me think you should be able to source the food that you need when there. But these options might be more expensive than what you might be paying in Amsterdam.
It's an expensive idea, but maybe get the cheapest flight to Malmö to check it out before moving?
Malmö is a short train journey away from Copenhagen in Denmark, so it might be cheaper to fly to Copenhagen and then get the train to Malmö.
