Background

A small school of fewer than 300 students, Canadian International School Tokyo offers a personalised experience. The average class size is just 13, allowing teachers to give each child individual attention. The school's close-knit community is diverse, with close to 30 different nationalities represented among the students.

Canadian International School Tokyo teaches the curriculum of the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island. From Kindergarten to Grade 6, the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme is also taught. In the senior high school phase, some American Advanced Placement courses are available.
