Background
Providing excellent education from Kindergarten 1 to Grade 8, the Tokyo International School is a fully certified IB World School. There are plans for the school to expand, with the ultimate goal of opening a full middle and high school in addition to the existing grades.
The school has a small student body of 360. Between students and staff, there are more than 60 nationalities represented in the school. The school has no majority nationality, resulting in a truly multicultural experience. Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 20 students per class so that teachers are able to give individualised attention to students.
