The climate in Moldova is moderately continental. Summer is from June to September and is characterised by hot weather and long days. The warmest month in Moldova is July, with an average high of 82°F (28°C). Moldova doesn’t receive much rainfall, but summer thunderstorms can occur in June and July.

The winter months (November to March) are mild, with occasional light snow. Spring and autumn are brief but pleasant transitional periods and are ideal for exploring the countryside.
