From the principal
"In today’s world, a school needs to offer so much more than classrooms and lessons. A school needs to be the hub of its community, and I am extremely proud to say that BIS Abu Dhabi is achieving just that. The strength of the communication between teachers and parents means that students achieve outstanding academic results, plus they excel in learning beyond the classroom and in their personal and social development.
"Not only do we want our students to benefit from attending a school such as ours, but we want the parents to benefit, too. A school succeeds on the strength of the relationships and the sharing of information between school and home. Parents at BIS Abu Dhabi frequently talk about the warmth of the community, and also how the teachers are always available and willing to do whatever is required to help each individual child.
"The British International School Abu Dhabi is part of Nord Anglia Education, a world-renowned organisation specialising in international education. Our students have opportunities to work with others from schools across the world, providing experiences that help them develop as truly international citizens prepared to make a difference to our world as it is today and in the future."
– Alan Cocker, Principal
