I am from India, age 42 years, we are four in family and are planning to move to Canada, I am preparing for my IELTS exam.

I want to enquire whether we can apply for Canada??? and are we eligible to apply for Canada PR, my husband is very much anxious to relocate to Canada.

Hi we that is me & my husband just about 50yrs old are considering relocating permanently to Cyprus. Were not fussed where to locate ourselves. What im wanting to know is will my husband find permanent work, hes been in the catering world most of his adult life. He did work and train after school as a baker & confectioner. When the owner retired and shut down the shop he joined the navy where he was for 17years as a chef, Therefore he is looking for this type of work.

Hello, I work in Beijing. I teach at a public school which sponsored my visa.

My question is: Is it necessarily illegal for me to work part-time for a different employer? My contract stipulates that I can only work for another employer if the school gives me permission. Do they have that discretion? If so, do they need to take any specific action?

Hi All, We are planning to move to Bengaluru from Silicon Valley, USA. We have 2 kids 7 1/2 and 3 1/2. Do dependents (i.e. parents of citizens, but not citizens themselves) in Canada get access to healthcare or do they have to pay for medicare in the same way?

From next year, I will have the possibility to work in an American company as a service technician. The company will provide me the working visa for USA. I want to live in Vancouver, BC - Canada (the company policies allows me that). What kind of visa do I need in order to live in Canada and how can I apply for it? I don’t want a working permit for Canada, only a permit to live there for me and my family (wife and 6 years old kid). Thanks, Dan
