Will I need a degree to get a job in England?

Expert Info

Submitted by A.mo8 on
Destination: The United Kingdom
Ever since I've been about 6 or 7 I fell in love with England, the people, the atmosphere, the sports, the style, just everything you can think of, I love it. Ive been to and stayed with family their a few times and absolutely am in love with it. But as I grew older and have done more research (I am now 19) have realized my dream may not be achieved. Im currently studying finance in University but in all honesty i don't know if i want to finish school because it just isn't for me but i feel like that would ruin any chance i have of actually moving to England.

Critical worker visa for South Africa?

Destination: South Africa

Hi,

I am Software Quality Analyst and want to apply for Critical work visa in South Africa. But my field lies under BPO category instead of ICT. I don't want to work in a BPO call centre type environment.

I fear, if I apply as Quality Analyst under BPO category then I will not be able to find a job in a pure Software Company.

Hi

My husband and i are thinking of moving to Bangkok due to work. We have a 4yr and 7yr old girl. We have looked into the schooling but the International schools are incredibly expensive. Does anyone know of an affordable school that will have similar education standards to Australia.

Much appreciated.

Emma

Hi all,

My family, wife and 2 boys (3-year-old and 5-year-old) have been asked to move to India for a 2-year assignment in Mumbai. We are Indian but none of us have ever lived in India though my wife and I have visited India handful times - first time for our boys.

The company is in the process of getting a 'package' together but we had some general questions about moving there but more specifically costs.

Life in Brunei?

Expert Info

Submitted by Silja Corlett on

We are currently considering taking a teaching role in Brunei, however I'm concerned with the phases of the penal code coming into play over the next couple of years. We'd love some feedback from expats who are currently residing there or very recently returned. We are a family travelling with two small children. It seems that all the information I find is a few years old. I'd love specifically to know what is expected regarding women.

Private clinics in Sydney?

Expert Info

Destination: Sydney
I have some sickness and instead of sending me for further checks ( blood test) to find the root casue, doctors are just precribing me different antibiotics in the health care centre which are not helping at all. They are very kind bur I don't think they even listen carefully when I'm describing the symptoms. Does anyone know about any private clinics around Sydney where a throurough health check can be made to define the right treatment? thanks
