Hi everyone,
I’m currently exploring property options in Dubai and trying to understand which developers are worth considering. I came across Binghatti Properties, and they seem to have several projects in areas like Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, and Al Jaddaf.

Has anyone here bought from them or visited their projects? Are their payment plans and build quality reliable compared to other developers?
