Whilst exploring the option of relocating from UK to Belgium, a major consideration is the schooling for my 6 year old (English speaking only). Wanting to live closer to work (Antwerp), I contacted three primary schools in surrounding areas, but am yet to receive a reply. As Antwerp and surrounding areas seem to be predominantly Flemish speaking, I fear my potential relocation choice may be a no go - from a state schooling point of view.
Having said that, can anyone offer some suggestions regarding areas, close the Antwerp, where state schools are more likely to accept children that are English speaking only? Perhaps I need to look further afield - say closer to Brussels??
I thank anyone who can offer some guidance.
Kind regards
Clinton

Hi Clinton
Check our this page on international schools in Antwerp. It might be worth calling one of these schools and seeing if they can help or advise. This relocation company specialises in Belgium, perhaps you could contact them too http://map-relocations.com
