I am an Android Mobile Developer with around 3 years of experience. I have read about the living expenses in Cyprus which is relatively cheap compared to my home town Beirut, Lebanon. The amount you'd be able to save each month will really depend on your personal circumstances and lifestyle choices - are you supporting a family? do you live alone? do you enjoy eating out, etc?
The Cost of Living in Cyprus page may give you some indication of prices and help you draw up a budget. While taxes in Cyprus are low, things are quite complicated for expats so it'd be best to contact a tax consultant on that. Finding salary information for Cyprus seems to be quite hard - however I can see that a developer starts on a slary of around EUR16,000 per year (according to glassdoor). Perhaps you can ask your industry contacts for more information.
