Hi Vy Lam

Latvia is widely considered to be a safe and relatively stable place to live as an expat. Have you decided on which city you want to move to yet? Urban living will probably be slightly more expensive than life in rural areas of the country. Online resources like Numbeo should help you determine what your cost of living will be, and online job advertisements will give you a guide on what your salary expectations should be.

Have a look at our guide to Latvia for an overview of what else you can expect from your move.

Hi Vy Lam,

It’s good to meet you here. We are on the same page.

Let me talk about myself a bit.

I have two children and also plan to move to Latvia with a hope of better life.

Hope we can find a suitable way for our families and can meet sometimes up there if we could.

Best,

Tuyenchu
