Monthly visit visa waiver vs spouse visa for Israel?

Expert Info

I have a what I think is a somewhat unusual question because I can't find anyone else asking about a similar circumstance. My life-partner (we are not married though I would think common law should apply) has applied for a year long program for additional education in her career field at a university in Tel Aviv. She will qualify for the year long student visa. I am not sure how to apply for or if I need a visa to move with her.

What are my work visa options for Malaysia?

Hello! i moved to KL in the middle of 2014. I came here for a work opportunity through my current company and am set with a work visa. However, my boyfriend moved here in September and has not had much luck finding work. The main issue is not the money, but the confidence that a work visa would bring him we don't have to worry that he might get stopped at immigration as we travel. Besides the typical job search, does anyone have any other creative suggestions or contacts that might be able to help? Any advice is appreciated! Please reply here or send me an email. Thanks! Wendy

I am evaluating an employment opportunity in Cape Town and will move with my wife & 1 year old. I am currently on a contract in India and make about 20,000R here so I will double my income by moving to cape Town. However, the cost of living seems to be 3 times higher when compared to India. We'd like to live in a gated apartment with electrified fence and security in a safe area in Cape Town and also buy a car. Can somebody help me understand if R40,000 a month is a good deal or should I look elsewhere?

Hi im an Irish citizen and lived there until 2006 when I moved to Australia, I met and married a New Zealander and we are currently living in New Zealand. We want to move to Ireland next year to live and work but just wondering what visas he will need, also we have two young kids, do we need any visas for them, they both have Irish passports so I suspect they wont need a visa. I have looked on the Irish immigration website but its extremely confusing. TIA Ruth :)

Where can I get info on visas for China?

Destination: China
I am considering going to China to live with my prospective mate. I will not be going to work there, just going there to live with her. She is a doctor with her own home. The city is Zhuzhou. I cannot find a visa to match what I want to do. Tourist is not long enough since I am moving there permanently if I do go. Also, since I am retired and will not be working, I wouldn't use a Work or Business visa? Also, I am on government pension through the VA and Social Security Disability.

Recently received an offer from a bank in Qatar with a salary and allowances of QR14,800 + medical + life insurance + return airfare. I have another offer in my home country i.e. in Dhaka, Bangladesh, which is from a multilateral development bank, with salary and benefits of QR10,800 (approx. as converted from BDT) + Medical + yearly Children allowance. Moreover my wife is also working in Dhaka. I'm in a dilemma whether to accept the offer from Qatar or to stay in Dhaka, as i find no short term benefits in the offer from Qatar. What may be the long term benefits of working in qatar?

Hi there, I am new to this forum! But in need of some advice about my scheduled stay in South Africa. I have been to SA last may, and I was astonished by the beauty of the country. While in Bloemfontein I was offered a scholarship at the UFS. The bursary is around R80,000 a year, I know this is not enough to live on, so I scrapped some savings and an additional bursary from a private fund, and it comes down to a monthly allowance of ~R 18,000. Will this be sufficient in Bloemfontein and have some good South African r&r?
