Hi, I am aircraft mechanic and was offered salary 30 000 AED (12 000AED + 18 000 for house and other expenses). Is this salary is good?

Less than $3,000 a month salary for an aircraft mechanic doesn't seem much but perhaps it depends on what you're currently earning or could get elsewhere. You should look at the price of accommodation very closely to determine whether the allowance is sufficient for what you need. Bear in mind also that allowance seemingly has to cover all your other utility and transportation costs.
