I'm from india. I need a clarification about the rules and regulations regarding work permit and residency and employment visa in Dubai. I'm going to Dubai under a work visa. Can i travel to my home country and return to dubai at anytime by using the UAE work visa?

Once you have your residency (and you cannot travel while the application is in process), you can enter and exit the country with it - but you cannot only leave for six months or less at a time or your residency may be cancelled.
