Employment as a nurse in Portugal?

My partner is Portuguese. I am British. We have a son together who was born in UK. We are currently living in Australia! but would like to move to Portugal in the future. Our biggest problem would be employment. I don't speak Portuguese but am the main wage earner being an experienced Children's Nurse (Registered Nurse). I am trying to learn Portuguese but am just wondering are there any Hospitals in the Algarve that would consider employing a nurse with limited Portuguese?? What are the options?
