Expat jobs in Jeddah are often based in the fields of construction or real estate. There is also a demand for healthcare professionals and engineers. I think you language skills will serve you well, so be sure to emphasise those in you job applications.
If you have the right skills and experience, it shouldn't be too difficult to find a job in Saudi Arabia. Also, if you have any contacts in the country try and see if they can assist you.
