Otherwise, try to examine the agency's internet presence – are they on social media, does their website look legitimate, and are there traces of them elsewhere on the internet apart from their website, etc. Also try Googling the agency's name along with "customer service reviews" to see if they're listed on any consumer complaints sites.

Hi I have applied for a role in Dubai and have been advised that I have been successful and that a working visa is required and my Employer will put me in contact with an Immigration Lawyer to arrange the visa. My Employer has asked that I pay for the working visa which will be reimubursed as a sign of commitment. Does this sound like a scam?
