Unfortunatley, there are no Italian international schools in Dubai. Your best option would probably be to send your daughter to an international school that follows the IB curriculum. How good is your daughter's English? It is likely that they will use English as the language of instruction.Read the Internationl Schools in Dubai page to learn more about various schools.
Good luck,

The unfortunate reality is that many of the best international schools are oversubscribed and operate waiting lists. Your best bet is to place your daughter on those waiting lists, as most of the schools will accept mid-year admissions. In the meantime, you can maybe try getting her a place at an alternative schools in the meantime or look at options for homeschooling.
Good luck. I hope a place comes up for her soon.
