Hi dear expats. Actually we are living in Abu Dhabi since many years but we're planning to move to Dubai because of our work. The work location is in Oud Metha and our kids schools is at Muhaisna (the LLFP school). I'd like to know which area is good to live in Dubai against the traffic conjunction and must be a bit quiet and located in an intermediate distance between the work (Oud Metha) and the school LLFP (Muhaisna). We are married with 3 girls of 9,7, and 4 years old. Please help. we need your advice to choose a calm place but not far and with a reasonable rent. I don't like to spend two hours at traffic jam. Thanks in advance. I really appreciate your help.

I suggest Deira and Bur Dubai, these 2 places have free flow of movement to Oud Metha. Also, if you are looking for an apartment within the areas, let me know. I work in Al Nabea Al Safi Real Estate. We can help you find a very nice apartment that will be comfortable for you and your family.
