Hello, Does anyone know how long does it take to get a nulla osta (visa for a nanny or au pair)? Is there agency that can help to apply and get it?

I am EU citizen moving to Rome, And I am trying to bring our nanny with us ( she is Filipino). any advice? Many thanks!
