Hello. My UK company is going to be contracted to a Turkish company to provide my services. I will not be employed by the Turkish company but contracted to them. What happens about work permits and visas?

Hi Paulatikinson,

The Turkish company will need to sponsor your work permit and submit evidence to prove that they could not hire a Turkish citizen to do that job.

Be aware that you will be required to simultaneously provide certain documents to the Ministry of Labour - as it is a double submission process.

For more information check out the Work Permits for Turkey page.

Good luck.
