It is possible to apply for the working pass, being already in singapore ??

The company who is going to hire me already begin the process but the told me to go as soon as possible and wait there for the respond, this would be a problem to enter singapore ??

You can stay in Singapore for 30 days total. It's the normal visa at arrival.
