Does Turkey have a national health care system, and are expats allowed to sign-up? Also, what is the standard of care if so?

Hi Stephanie, there is no national health care system in place for expats. Althuogh expats can use public hospitals, they will still have to pay. Most expats choose to use private hospitals, which are still relatively inexpensive - Turkey is in fact becoming a popular medical tourism spot. I suggest having a read of our Healthcare in Turkey page for further info.
