Expat in Turkey with resident permit to call thier parents

I am Pakistani and offered job in Turkey by MNC with resident permit. Want to know whether can I bring my parents on: 1. resident permit (same as my wife & kids), if there is any documentary or financial fees for this 2. Can arrange their visit visa, if yes, then as per law is it allowed for 3 months and can renew for 2 to 3 times so that maximum they will live with me. Thanks SAMM
