Sorry I cannot really help you, but please ensure that before using an avukat (lawyer, they specialise and understand the latest property laws for expats. Unfortunately, due to ongoing talks, it seems the British Consul offices are unable to provide lists of recommended avukats. Whatever you do, although both British and Turkish laywers say you do not need to use one, I highly recommend you do use an avukat
