Can I work for company in India from Dubai on spouse visa?

Hi , My husband has secured a job in Dubai.He will be sponsoring me. My company in India is ready to provide me Work From Home option for few months. My question is ,if my husband provides me a NOC ,can I work from Dubai for my current Indian company. I will receive salary in India and in rupees.To me it seems like legal. Could somebody advice?
