Hi everyone ! I have got a job offer from Nairobi. They are offering me $2500/Month after 30% tax deduction. Medical Insurance is provided by the company. Presently I am in India earning $1200/ Month after tax deduction. In India I save $600/ Month. I will be shifting to Nairobi with my wife. I need to know how much I will be able to save in Nairobi if I opt for 1 bedroom apartment in a decent society (not very high class)? They will be providing me car loan too. We are vegetarian and generally go out to some restaurants 3 times in a month in some decent restaurant (again not very high class). Please help me in deciding my migration to Nairobi considering following factors: 1. 1 bedroom rent 2. Electricity bill 3. Maid bill 4. Restaurant cost (3 times in a month) 5. Water bill 6. Grocery monthly (vegetarian) 7. Shopping (3-4 clothes/shoe per month) 8. Gas bill 9. Mobile bill (calling to India 30 mins/day) Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks folks !
