Hi Omer

This is a bit of a tough one, given that your qualifications are a necessary part of the application process. A good general rule of thumb is to get paperwork for anything if it's in doubt.

While the visa process is generally handled by the sponsoring company, and especially if they aren't, try getting detailed letters of reference from the places where you worked, and have it attested by a recognised authority such as the police.

Otherwise, call the UAE embassy directly and ask if, in a hypothetical situation, this would generally be a problem.

Have a look at our Work Permits for Dubai and Visas for Dubai pages for a bit more information.

I hope this works out for you.

Good luck,

Xavier
