I have a job offer in KL. How can I get a work visa for Malaysia for my boyfriend?

Hello, I will be moving to KL for a job. I would like my boyfriend to come with me. Besides the 3 month visitor permit, any other advice on how he could get a work VISA so he could stay during the time I am there? I would be there for 3 years. Thanks! Wendy
