Living in Dubai and working for a UK company

Hi - my Husband has a new job in Dubai and I am just negotiating with my company here in the UK to see if I can carry on working for them remotely from Dubai but I would still be getting paid by UK. Is there anyone else out there that has done something similar and if yes how did you get on and can you offer any advice on things I need to have in place if I get the go ahead:-) Many thanks Bernie
