Dear Expat friends and neighbours to be,
I am looking for an apartment close to beach and golf course. I want to rent it for 2 years, but if not possible 1 year. Still, all I am getting from agents and owners that I apply to Oliva Nova for their apartments in these strange windows of time they want to let their properties out in, not including July and August. It's obvious why.
Is there anyone out there who can help me to get in touch with the right people or person who can help me to look for a simply 2-bed apartment close to the beach and the course which I can get on a long term rent.

Of course, renting over summer landlords want to take advantage of the higher demand. Also, during this time with coronavirus leading to shutdowns in many countries, trying to organise rentals may be tricky. My advice is to contact a relocation company. We give more info and a list on Relocation Companies in Spain here, with companies like Globexs, YES Valencia or Moving2Valencia.
