Cost of Living in Abu Dhabi - is my salary OK?

I have got a job offer for 5000 AED in Abu Dhabi. IS this salary suffiecient for me? Since am a bachelor, accomodaion is free for me. Please advise asap. I need to decide. I was bit confused.

Hi msselvakumar93,

AED 5,000 is quite a low salary in Abu Dhabi. Luckily, your accommodation is provided and this accounts for around AED 10,000 per month. You need to think about transportation because public transport infrastructure is minimal. If you want to hire a car this will probably cost you AED 2,500. The rest will depend on your lifestyle and how much you are looking to save per month.
