Entry visa for south Cyprus/marriage?

Hi.I am student in north Cyprus.I have girlfriend from Germany.we wanna marry in south Cyprus.but as a none EU person I can't cross the boarder.
But I heard if any south Cypriot sponsar then they allow to go there for 48 hours is it true?
Will they allow us for marry if I go on entry visa?
Or should she come again in south side air port and take me from here to there?
We wish to go like this way two three time so that after marry we get our papper mean yellowslip.
What is a good way please tell me.thanx
