Dear Mr Muzaffar Ahmed
Currently they are not testing for Hepatitis C for employment medical tests in UAE and you will find no hassles in getting your residency visa in UAE. But please note that if its a economic department visa it is now 2 years rather than 3 years. Only free holds are offering 3 year visa curently.

Economic Department visa is from a company established under Dubai Economic Department or Sharjah Economic Department etc. Despite of economic departments there are certain areas in Dubai called Freezones where 100% foreign ownership is possible. The companies registered under these areas are called freezone companies and their visas are freezone visas
