My husband & I are living in Australia and want to move to Fiji to live. We have traveled to both main islands in recent years and were even married there! Our questions are: we would like to buy a small tourism business on Vanua Levu. This business is currently owned by a couple who employ Fijians. We would run this business the same way. What kind of difficulties, taxes etc are we going to face if we were to buy this business and move permanently to Fiji? Look forward to receiving some valid and current information. Cheers

My husband and I are looking to invest in the tourism business in Fiji, buying a resort. We live in Canada but we need to live in Fiji while running the resort. What visa/Permits will we require?
