How to Cancel Approved Visit Visa Application for Oman

Hi, I had applied for Tourist Visit Visa through Oman Embassy in my country of residence. They received necessary approvals from Oman for my application for higher priced visa (express) which I denied to take here locally from the Oman Embassy. Oman Embassy returned my passports and refunded the initial fee. When I enter my passport details on online visa application status, it states visa has been issued for this application. Need to know how it will get cancelled in their system since I have already denied at their embassy in my country of residence. This is to ensure in future I don't face issue incase I would like to have visa on arrival at Oman Airport.
