Is it enough to get paid BHD 325 a month + accomodation+3 meals a day by a food chain company in Bahrain for a single person, as I'M moving into Bahrain for my job in March 2014 for a two years contract.

It really depends on the kind of standard of living you're used to. If you're getting food and accommodation, then that's a large portion of your expenses already paid for.
