Hi, I received a job offer from JAAABH a supermarket chain in Bahrain. just curious that if it is a scam or true because I received this offer through a recruitment company based in Singapore and its almost 2 1/2 months after i send all requested documents and still been told that wait. No Money is involved though yet.

The fact that they haven't asked you for any money is a good sign. A company should never ask a potential employee for money upfront for a visa,. Most legitamate companies will cover the cost of your visa or deduct it from salary, if anything.
I think its best to research the company if you can, maybe call them to suss out whether the offer is real and that they are recruiting for that position. Also, look more closely at the job offer - often with job scams the job offer is too good to be true. Check that the salary and perks you'll be receiving are similar to those you'd get with a similar company. Feel free to question the recruitment agency if you have any doubts.
