I cannot say for certain if this is a scam. But I think whenever a company asks for money upfront, it should set the alarm bells off. No legitamate employer will ask candidates to pay money upfront to cover the cost of visas/flights.

Almost every time a recruiter or an employer asks an employee for money it is a scam. This does sound suspicious, especially since they seem to have a different website from the legitimate company listed on Google.
