Hi there,

I got a Supply Chain Manager job offer in Oman but I am a little bit worried as never worked in Middle east. All benefits paid including accommodation/ transport etc. but without schooling.is 1150 enough for a couple expecting baby in coming months cheers

Hi Chingu,

I am not sure if you are talking about OMR 1150 or USD 1150 per month. 

But you can use this page on Cost of Living in Oman to get an idea of how much life would cost in Oman.

Unless you are planning on settling down in the long-term in Oman, you won't need to plan for school fees just yet, although international schools are highly priced.

If you are from India there are Indian schools and this offer is good.. But make sure that your Basic salary is 600 Riyals as this is must to bring your family.. Make sure your family also get Medical Insurance benefits and you get a Car from the company as u work as a manager..
