Is this rumour about employers in Nigeria true?

Dear Sir,

I have learnt that Indian Companies owned by Sindhi in Nigeria doesn't pay off-shore salary on time, even don't pay for month, forcing expat employees to live as slave, keep their passport in their custody? Is it true?

I have an offer from a company based in Nigeria?

it is not true you r living like india but the security is major issue ,i spent one over there security is major issue.

I heard that some agents are paying 60% of the salary in dollars and 40% in Naira at local CBN rate.
