Misled about housing situation in Dubai - do we have legal recourse?

Guys We are already in Dubai for a while but recently moved to a new residence(rented)in a compound, the sales literature describes the area "luxury living in a serene and tranquil location for the discerning professional" Unfortunately it is nothing of the sort as the adjacent golf club has concerts and events outside on it's lawns every other weekend during the cool months ,sometimes 2 events in the weekend The events begin as early as 5pm in the afternoon and continue as late as 3 am in the morning,during which time it is impossible to sit out side and enjoy our garden or when inside sleep because of the thumping drum beat Worse still is despite the fact that the golf club is part of the villa compound organization and sends notification of these events happening,the day before and earlier during the day of the event we are plagued by sound checks of different acts etc for hours Only yesterday we were forced to suffer sound checks and full concert noise from 5pm until 11pm as the prequel to the concert that happens tonight My family visiting from UK could not believe how this allowed and we had to sit in side the house My question is that at no stage did the real estate company(no agents involved)advise of the events ever occurring, or how often or how disruptive, I believe this is non-disclosure that is negligent and pre -meditated The rent is significant as is the commissions and of course we all know how expensive it is to move house and we are faced with leaving after one year because we cannot stand the constant disturbance Can any one advise our legal recourse,could I call the police on the night of the concert and expect them to take action If they had been honest and we accepted it then we would have no complaints but this has been important information with-held and is plainly not what they advertise it to be to seduce people into moving into their villas Yours StevB
