Oman employment visa without cancelling Bahrain employment visa

Hi all, Please help me on the below issue; I am an Indian national currently living/working in Bahrain. I got an better offer from Oman now. I have already filed and resignation in my company but they are nit ready to accept it and give the exit. In this scenario,I am planning to go to India for a vacation and will fly to Oman from there. My question is; is there any issues to get Oman employment visa for me since my Bahrain employment visa in not yet cancelled? Please help me asap.....
