Overstay in KSA Work Visit Visa - wanted to go back India safely on Exit

Hello, I am Ikram Ahmed, Indian national, staying in riyadh saudi arabia. I had come on Work visit visa (ziarat amal) to saudi arabia. The company told me to come in this visa and they shall convert it to iqama. Now the work visit visa is expired and its been now 2.5 months overstay. When ask about the company they are always saying wait wait its under process. I wanted to go back to India as soon as possible. I asked them to make final exit but still they are delaying because they check in the jawazat and there is a Fine (garama) on company for overstaying. The company does not want to pay it and they are saying to wait till iqama is done and then go.. But i need to travel to India as soon as possible. Please tell me what are the procedure to make exit from riyadh and go safely to india without any problem from police, jail, airport, immigration in riyadh saudi arabia. And who can do this for me any agency. Also if there is 5years ban also no problem because i dont want to come back here again. Kindly do the needful. Thank You
