Local sponsor fees are variable depending on individual, it could be any where from 5000 Dhs to 20,000 Dhs. I would say either do partnership within existing business or start from a smaller set up, and then go bigger gradually. You will need to apply for investor visa if you want to own business, and you can sponsor your wife or vice versa. I am not sure if you can get franchise of such brands, as i never heard of such franchises. Dubai market is very saturated and is very small. May be Abu Dhabi is better option.
