Salary transfer queries for Dubai?

Dear All, I am New to this forum as well as new to Dubai and wish to recieve some advice from our experienced and senior ppl around in this forum. I am currently working in a company in Dubai free zone and my Salary is 7500 AED. I was expecting it to be transferred to my Bank account but now my company is telling me that they will be transferring my salary through WPS system in joyalukkas exchange as we don't have enough employees to make bank transfers.( as said by the HR) Now my Questions is. 1) If i open a salary account in any bank by submitting Salary certificate. Can joyalukkas exchange transfer the same to my bank account. ( If yes then will the bank account be still considered as salary account.) 2) will i be eligible for sponsoring my family later on on WPS transfer.( as it requires Bank statement) 3) Will i be eligible for a car Loan or credit Card. Kindly advice me in this regards. Thanks in Advance.

well it depends on your company. if they dont want to transfer to bank account, it could be because companies need to pay a little more to transfer salaries into bank if employees are very few. You can apply for family visa or loan even by showing salary certificate or your labor contract.
